What are my shipping and assembly options when I order online?

We offer 3 convenient shipping & assembly options to choose from: 

1. When you order online and ship to an authorized Magnum Dealer, a professional mechanic will assemble your e-bike on arrival. When they’re done with assembly, you simply pick up your e-bike!

2. When you order online and ship to your home, you’ll choose between:

   1. In-home professional assembly through Velotooler for an additional charge (to be scheduled within a few days of your delivery)

   2. Decline professional assembly and do it yourself (DIY)!

For home shipping (either with or without professional assembly), your local shipping facility will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult 18+ must be present during your delivery appointment to sign for and accept your e-bike.
