My e-bike motor is turned on, but it's not engaging. What should I do?

First, check your motor's connection cables. Make sure they're all secure. 

Next, unplug the motor cutoffs from your cable tree. If the motor engages, the motor cutoffs are not operating properly and may need to be replaced.
